I made this dip a few weeks ago for a party. I get tired of regular old fruit dip, and I wanted something with a fall-ish feel. The caramel and the cream cheese flavor really came through, neither overpowered the other! It was really good, and took no time to whip up.
2-8 oz. packages cream cheese
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 small jar caramel ice cream topping
In a small mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and brown sugar til smooth. Add the caramel topping; beat until blended. Serve with apple slices. Refrigerate leftovers.
