I tell you...I love Christmas, but we make it TOO busy. It seems like every night we are running here or there. I will be glad when things finally settle down. My menu plan is tentative this week...and every meal is out of the freezer. I know we will be busy and I don't want to over-commit myself, and it can't get much easier than pulling something out of the freezer!

Monday- Stuffed Peppers (freezer) and Veggies (missed this a few weeks ago)

Tuesday-Apple Pie with Cinnamon Whipped Cream (Hubby's work Christmas Party)

Wednesday-Bean Soup (freezer) with Cornbread

Thursday-Family Christmas (not sure what I am bringing)

Friday-Family Christmas (not sure what I am bringing)

Saturday-Out to Eat

Sunday- Spinach Stuffed Shells (freezer), Salad, Garlic Bread

Just found your blog on the Foodie Blog Roll...congrats! Mine was featured 2 days ago! I love your blog concept! I noticed that you are from Cincinnati too...I am from right across the river in KY, but currently live in Mobile, AL. I am heading up to KY with my husband on Tuesday though to visit my family for Christmas so I am super excited and hoping for a white Christmas! I love the idea of your "12 days of Christmas cookie style" too...I actually did something very similar with counting down the 24 days of Christmas on my blog, kind of using the advent calendar theme...www.craveindulgesatisfy.blogspot.com and I have had so much fun sharing family recipes and trying new ones this month! I absolutely love this time of year! Also, I noticed you have a whole section on couponing, I am definitely going to have to check this out. I had a friend talk to me about this idea the other day so I am interested in seeing how far you can make your money stretch at the grocery store, I'm all about saving some money! Anyways, just wanted to send you a quick message since we seem to have a few things in common just from our blogs! I'll be following your blog from now on! Have a wonderful Christmas!

You have a delicious menu planned!
I’m so glad that my husband isn’t working on Christmas Eve and Christmas. He really needs the days off.
Here’s wishing you and yours a Merry Christmas!
