Kitchen Tip

No Fresh Garlic? Here are two alterantives to always keep on hand!

1. Minced garlic in a jar- This is great!
2. Dried garlic powder use 1/8 of a teaspoon = 1 clove of fresh garlic

I have found that unless I am going to be cooking with garlic a lot, it is a lot more economical to use the jarred or dried type. I always keep them both on hand!
