With everything going on I don't know how much we will stick to this menu. I will also have some make-up work to do since I haven't gotten the freezer foods done (I am isolated to a room where I can shut the door). Anyways, here is my menu...
Monday-eating at my parentsTuesday-Rotel Chicken, Salad (re-run, we opted to eat out when it was freezing Sunday)
Wednesday-Turkey Pot Pie, Salad
Thursday-Roasted Red Pepper Fettuccine, Salad
Friday-Homemade Pizza
Saturday-Out to Eat
Sunday-Pulled Pork Quesadilla, Mexican Rice (pork from freezer)

Great looking menu!
We had our heater go out on us on Christmas Eve in 2005...we lived in MN and it was below zero. We were without heat (besides what the small fireplace could produce) for 3 days (it was the weekend). We have wonderful memories of how we spent that time, lol. I do remember opting to eat out on Sunday after church. We went to a buffet place so we could just sit and soak up the heat, lol.
Hang in there and I hope all goes well with your new heat source :)
Blessings!
Gail
Thanks so much Gail! It really hasn't been too bad...we are making do just fine. I know there are a lot of people who go a lot longer than we have without heat!
