Menu Plan Monday

It is Sunday night and I have no clue what I want again this week. Agh...I feel like I need to look at my recipe books for some inspiration. We have a lot of meals in the freezer, so I thing we will eat a little from there.

What are you looking forward to making this week?

Monday- Beef Cabbage Soup, Salad, and Homemade Bread

Tuesday-Beans and Rice

Wednesday- Taco Salad

Thursday- Burgers and Sweet Potato Fries

Friday- Steak, Twice Baked Potatoes, and Veggie (missed steak last week)

Saturday- Out to Eat

Sunday- Spaghetti Pie and Salad

We have a super busy week with school programs and soccer, so I am anxious to put my freezer meals to good use and eat AT HOME and not out all week like we used to do before I started this journey... Such a GREAT feeling!

It is a freezer meal for us tonight also, Chicken Marsala. I haven't figured the rest of the week yet, I just sat down to do that. Wednesday will be crock pot day--because of church. Know any good crock pot dinners?

Debbie, I love my crock pot...they make so much easier!

I have several crock pot recipes. On the left side bar there is a crock pot label. If you click on that there are five or so crock pot recipes.

I love to make "So you forgot to defrost chicken" and Chicken enchilada soup. Chicken is on sale this week at Meijer, too. A roast is also nice in the crock pot :)

I'm loving freezer cooking. I have a pot of ground beef and veggie soup simmering right now, the ground beef was cooked and frozen last week. It sure is a time saver. Your menu looks good this week!

I'm not looking forward to cooking! My hubby has been on a business trip for the last 10 days. You know what that means... No cooking!! It's hard getting back in the swing of things.

I have a giveaway going on right now for a $40 gift card to CSN Stores. Come check it out!! :)
