Do you like sliced apples but hate that they brown so quickly?
If so, I have just the tip for you...
Slice an apple, remove the core, and put it all back together and secure with a rubber band! This will slow down the browning process as the inside of the apple won't have contact with the air.
You may be thinking that I should just grow up and eat an apple whole, but I only eat apples sliced. This trick came a few months too late, as I am no longer brown bagging it everyday. I always hated bringing a knife with me to slice my apples...maybe it can help you!
