Chicken Chili

Looking for a recipe for your Super Bowl party?

This chicken chili is not only awesome, but it is easy to make for a crowd and it is a real crowd pleaser! I have a lot of soup recipes, but this is definitely one of my favorites.

You can whip it up before the party and just cook it in the crock pot to free up some time!

Ingredients:
5 cups chopped, cooked chicken
3 (15oz.) cans white beans
32 oz. chicken broth
16oz. jar salsa
1 (8oz.) package monterray jack cheese, shredded
2 teaspoon cumin
2 samll can green chiles

Directions:
Place all ingredients in a crock pot and cook on high for 3 hours and then on low for 2 more hours. Stir and enjoy!

I am totally making this on Saturday! Do you think it would be good with black beans instead of white?

I think I may have to try this for Game Night! Looks yummy! :) Do you put the cheese in the crockpot as well with everything? Or is it just to garnish with later??

Misty,

It all goes in together...but you may want extra cheese for topping? We usually just do a little sour cream or nothing, there is a lot of flavor in the soup!
