A Winner and Thank You!

I am going to announce the winner of the giveaway, but before I do I want to say a huge thank you to everyone who came out last week. I appreciated it so much and I hope that you all learned a little something.

(Ok, I am sure most of you totally skipped all this and went straight down to see if you won the Le Creuset dish! Am I right???)

I was so happy to see such a good turnout at the class, I think there were almost 60 women. I had a really great time, and surprisingly wasn't nervous. Yeah, I said surprisingly. If you know me at all in real life, you know I was not born with a gift/love for public speaking. I usually avoid it at all cost.

Look at all those studious women!

Yeah, make sure you organize that stockpile...
If any of you have any questions, please feel free to ask. I would be more than willing to help you out!!!!

Ok, on to the good stuff!!!!

AND THE WINNER IS...

Katie-
Just wanted to let you know I have used my dish twice now! The first time I made your stuffed shells (yum!) and tonight I made brownies! Cooks very nicely and cleanup is so easy! Will never go back to my glass dish! Brian is very proud of me and my cooking..lol..thanks again!!!

Michelle, I am glad your are getting so much use out of it. If Brian is really proud of you he may need to buy you some more Le Creuset stuff :) If you ever get any more I would suggest going up to the enameled cast iron...I love the stuff!
