Guacamole With a Kick!

Happy Cinco de Mayo to you! To me, it is just a good reason to make some of this awesome guacamole!

I love guacamole...I have mentioned that before, right? It has to be fresh though, none of that packaged junk! I livened up my normal recipe last week and added some spiciness to it. If you don't care for heat, just omit the spicy stuff and it will still be delicious!

So, you want to start with 4 diced up avocados...did you read about my trick on how to easily dot that?
Next, you want to squeeze half of a lime in there. Not only will that add in a punch of flavor, but may preserve your guacamole a while longer...from the impending brown doom!
Here I added in some spices...but if you don't like heat, just add in some kosher salt. I chose cayenne and cumin as well, I am addicted to cayenne pepper...I have been adding it in a lot of stuff!

Mash it all up to get those flavors mixed around! Then you want to toss in your onion, cilantro, and tomatoes...

Now you are all finished! Wasn't that easy?
Recipe
4 Avocados, diced
1/2 large lime, juiced
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 onion, diced
2 Roma tomatoes, seeded and diced
2 tablespoons cilantro, diced
