Peanut Banana Smoothie

I just love a good smoothie! I came across this recipe over at Money Saving Mom a couple of years ago, and I have made it regularly ever since. It is cool, refreshing, and it makes a great breakfast.

Can you get a better combination than banana and peanut butter?

1 cup milk
1 cup frozen banana
2 tablespoons peanut butter

Makes 1-2 servings

*When I find a good deal on bananas, I slice them and flash freeze on a cookie sheet. Then they are ready to throw in smoothies!

I love smoothies! I'm not sure about this combo for myself (I tend to stick with strawberry/banana/coconut) but I bet my hubby would love this!

Thanks for sharing!
