It is a "light" week this week as I stocked up on chicken and ground beef last week and freezer cooked all weekend... so I just picked up a boneless pork loin at Kroger for $1.99/lb and some Brown and Serve Sausage links for .88 cents each.
Have to keep a pork loin on hand for your shredded pork recipe! Our family LOVES it SO much, Ethan asked for it for his birthday dinner tonight! :) So, one is cooking away in the crockpot! :)
