I am trying to make an effort to keep this week's menu as healthy and low carb as possible!
The countdown is on...we are 26 days out from a cruise, so I would love to lose a little poundage...knowing I will gain a few that week :)
Unfortunately my hours and hours running and cycling at the gym is just for pure fun on my part...inches are being lost...but that's about it...
