I am trying to make an effort to keep this week's menu as healthy and low carb as possible!
The countdown is on...we are 26 days out from a cruise, so I would love to lose a little poundage...knowing I will gain a few that week :)
Unfortunately my hours and hours running and cycling at the gym is just for pure fun on my part...inches are being lost...but that's about it...
Breakfast:
Eggs

Leftover Soup
Raw Veggies
Dinners:
Chili, Salad
Beef Cabbage Soup, Salad
Steak, Sweet Potato, Caesar Salad
Taco Salad

You know Katie, I have never lost weight from exercising. Things do firm up and I get more energy though. Way to go for running and cycling! Yay for your cruise! Menu looks great!

I guess I should do the breakfast and lunch thing more often on MPM...they are hard meals to plan...I always need ideas, too!

I have heard several people say that if they exercise a lot the pounds just melt away...I guess I am not that lucky!
I struggle to lose weight when I'm running...people keep telling me that I'm building muscle.
Connie, thanks! Yes, that is what I have heard. They told me that at the gym when I first started...but it was in one ear and out the other.
I am losing inches, SO, that must be the deal!
