Last week's menu didn't go as planned. One of us or both of us were gone pretty much every night of the week at dinner time. Needless to say we didn't quite get to everything on the menu...so there may be some repeats.
It is going to be another week of working around the house. After 15 hours of work...the wallpaper is STILL not completed. I am thinking another good 8 hours should do the job. Then on to repairing the holes I made...prying it off and painting over it all. We have also completely ripped out our lower bath so there will be lots of work to do on that. We are pretty much tearing the house up. Complete mess. I am trying to keep it EASY this week...

I really like your menu choices this week! Good luck on your house "projects". I have learned one project always leads to another.
Wow! You did A LOT of work last week... You two will be able to enjoy your hard work soon enough. As always, your menu sounds delicious. You have inspired me to grill a few meals (even if it is indoors)... I am looking forward to better weather and grilling season. :)
Tightwad Mom,
Thanks! Yes, one thing always leads to another. We have quite a list going right now of things we want to get done before spring!! So...busy, busy!
Misty,
Yes, soon enough we will enjoy it all! I am so ready for spring...I guess that is why we are grilling several times. We just grill outside even in the winter.
