So You Forgot to Defrost!

4 boneless, skinless, frozen chicken breast halves
2 cans cream of chicken soup
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup sour cream

Place frozen chicken breasts in crock pot. Mix together soup, salt, and pepper. Pour over chicken. Cover, cook on low for 10-12 hours. Before eating stir in sour cream. Serve over rice.

*The great thing about these kinds of recipes is that they can be altered. You can put in more or less chicken. You can add more soup or use different kinds depending on what you like. You can also make it with thawed chicken breasts, the cook time will just be shorter. I really don't think you could mess it up.
