Faith of a Foodie

I am sharing another quote this week...

"If Christ is not worth everything you have, He is not worth anything you have."

Bold statement...but so true, right? Revelations 3:16-17 was the first thing that came to my mind, it reads, "So, because you are lukewarm-neither hot or cold-I am about to spit you out of my mouth. You say, 'I am rich, I have acquired wealth and do not need a thing.' But you do not realize that you are wretched, pitiful, poor, blind and naked."

I can't say that I have always given Christ all that I have, by no means have I lived a perfect life. The more I pray and the more I delve into the Word the more I realize that there is no other way to live, though. So many people go to church on Sunday and forget it the minute the leave. They are missing this...Jesus wants all of you! He has a better plan for us than we can imagine, but we have to give Him our all. This is just one of those quotes that I need to remind myself of often.
