It is going to be a busy week again! There is stuff going on every day...so I hope I can stick to my menu plan, and not resort to eating out.
I didn't get to my ham on Sunday, so I am making it Monday night. I anticipate a lot of ham sandwiches for lunches this week! Anyone have any good leftover ham recipes? If so, I would love to hear them...

Tuesday-Barbecue Turkey Meatloaf, Cauliflower, Broccoli
Wednesday-Ham and Cheese Frittata, Salad
Thursday-Cobb Salad
Friday-Out to Eat

Sounds delicious as usual!! You need to share that honey lime chicken recipe with me. Please!! It sounds so good!!
my favorite way to use leftover ham. Take a bag of frozen hashbrown potatoes, about 1/2 bag. left over ham about a cup chopped or you may add more to our liking. a bottle of your favorite bbq sauce. Thaw your hashbrowns, brown them in a skillet add seasonings to your liking. ( I use s and P and onion powder. Add the ham when the potatoes are brown for a few min. Then add the bbq sauce and top with cheese/ enjoy!!!
Tiffanee, I know, last time I cooked it I forgot to take a picture...this time I won't forget. I will get it up asap for you :)
Anon,
That sounds like a great way to use the ham up. If I have enough left I will make this, if not, I will next time. My husband keeps sneaking in and eating it all up...but i guess that is what it is there for!
I make a 5-ingredient bow-tie pasta with ham as the star and the family requests it all the time. Here's my link ...
