Enter to Win a Yoplait Smoothie Prize Pack

I was so happy when this package arrived on my doorstep. Yoplait was generous enough to provide me with this prize pack, through My Blog Spark. The prize pack included a VIP coupon to try an package of Yoplait smoothies, a diet and fitness journal, a water bottle, and a drawstring bag.

What is even better is that one of my readers will receive the same great prize pack!

In 2011 I have made strides towards a healthier lifestyle and I know these smoothies are going to help me achieve my goals. Smoothies are something that I already frequently made, so I was excited to give these a try. I have to say I love the convenience of them and I know they will be an occasional treat from here on out (when I have coupons that is)! All you have to do is add milk...it doesn't get much easier than that.

Including Yoplait Frozen Smoothies in your diet is a quick and easy way to help you get important nutrients, like vitamin C or calcium your body needs. And with seven out of every ten Americans not eating the recommended two to four servings of fruit per day, Yoplait Frozen Smoothies could help you reach that goal.

Each package of Yoplait Frozen Smoothies contains one full serving of fruit (1/2 cup) and 110 to 120 calories per serving. Not only does Yoplait yogurt contain live and active cultures, but when prepared with skim milk and made according to package directions, Yoplait Frozen Smoothies are a good source of calcium. So raise your smoothie glass and toast to a new you!

Found in the frozen fruit aisle of your local grocery store, Yoplait Frozen Smoothies come in four delicious flavors. Be sure to check out the newest flavor, Blueberry Pomegranate, along with other favorites like Triple Berry, Strawberry Banana, and Strawberry Mango Pineapple.

Multi Grain Cheerios and The Biggest Loser: Review and Giveaway

Thanks to My Blog Spark, Multi Grain Cheerios, and The Biggest Loser I had the chance to review Multi Grain Cheerios and The Biggest Loser Prize Pack.

I have always been a Cheerio fan, but I had yet to try the Multi Grain variety. I absolutely love regular Cheerios and the Chocolate Cheerios. I really enjoyed the Multi Grain and look forward to incorporating them into my diet for some breakfasts. The slightly sweet flavor was a nice surprise, as I expected them to be pretty bland.

As I have mentioned on here several times, I have been making strides in 2011 to eat healthier. I was already on the path of being active but I needed to combine the two. The Biggest Loser and Multi Grain Cheerios have teamed up and created a website that has all kinds of tools to help you on your path to getting healthy! After entering the code on your box of Multi Grain Cheerios you can access tools including:

•A Body Mass Index (BMI) calculator to gauge how much weight you may need to lose or gain to be considered healthy and not at risk for serious health problems

•An exclusive 7 Day Plan that pairs daily meal plans with cardio and strength-training routines

•15 tasty recipes that will give your body the fuel it needs to get through the day

•Daily workouts that couple cardio with mobility and resistance exercises to hit major muscle groups

Eating Multi Grain Cheerios for breakfast along with the online tools will help in making steps toward a healthier weight. With only 110 calories per serving, Multi Grain Cheerios has over 16 grams of whole grain per serving. You can't go wrong with that!

Multi Grain Cheerios, The Biggest Loser, and My Blog Spark are going to supply one of The Cutting Back Kitchen readers with this awesome "Biggest Loser" prize pack which includes: a box of Multi Grain Cheerios which includes an exclusive online code, a gym bag, water bottle, and cereal container.

I no longer have to worry about loaning my books out!!

I received 60 personalized labels as well as some others sample labels! Thank you so much, Applied Labels, I am loving my labels!

Auntie Anne's At-Home Baking Kit (Product Review)

Imagine my excitement when this wonderful package arrived on my doorstep! I have always loved Auntie Anne's pretzels, so I was super pumped to give these a try!

We had a movie and pretzel night...and it was a lot of fun making these. They were a little time consuming. It isn't as quick and easy as slice and bake cookies! That said, I think kids would love making these. If I remember correctly they will take about an hour and a half...including the rise time for the dough!

Once we shaped the dough we had the tough decision of deciding if we wanted to go sweet or salty. We opted for half with salt and half with cinnamon sugar (both were included)! Daniel said he thought the salty ones were the best...and I leaned toward the sweet ones! Both were really good and just a matter of preference.

I guess the big question is did they really taste like Auntie Anne's at the mall?

I think they did...but then again it has been years since I have had one. I avoid the mall at all costs, so I am never near an Auntie Anne's...and my thighs are thanking me for that right now!

I checked at my local Kroger and I believe this package was $6.99. So, it isn't an every day thing to buy, but for an hour and a half of fun...and the deliciousness afterwards I would say it would be a good treat!

Duncan Hines Product Review

The other week I received an awesome package on my doorstep from Duncan Hines. I was so excited!! I couldn't wait to bust out the eggs and make a cake! When it comes to a cake mix, I have always thought Duncan Hines was the best!

They sent me a sampling of their new decadent line. Triple chocolate with chocolate glaze and apple caramel with vanilla glaze. Decisions, decisions...I couldn't decide which to try first!

"Only Duncan Hines now offers the most premium, indulgent cakes that one can find outside of a bakery. Duncan Hines new Decadent Cake Line with two new incredibly indulgent offerings – Duncan Hines Decadent Triple Chocolate Cake with real chocolate chunks and rich fudge and Duncan Hines Decadent Apple Caramel cake with real apples and rich caramel. With more people entertaining at home and looking for better quality desserts, these decadent cakes are perfect. Both cakes contain zero grams of trans fat and NO hydrogenated oils."

Being a chocolate lover I decided to try the triple chocolate with the chocolate glaze first!!!

It was so moist, so chocolate-y, so delicious! I was in love!

I can't wait to try the apple caramel...I am sure it is just as wonderful!

Best of all...here is a $1 off coupon...so you can go out and try it!

Disclosure: Duncan Hines provided me with these complimentary products in exchange for my honest review.

CSN Review

Remember when I mentioned that I was going to be doing a product review for CSN Stores?

Well, they gave me a $40 gift card, and I went shopping! I perused their website for what seemed like hours...there was simply too many things for me to choose from. I really didn't "need" anything kitchen related, so I was just looking for something fun!

I am completely and totally obsessed with Le Creuset right now! I received this one for a gift and it sparked the obsession. I was amazed at how well it cooked my food and the clean up was a breeze. I made macaroni and cheese and I promise it was the best and creamiest I have ever made...this pan made all the difference.

Soon after I went and purchased three other pieces...all of them I would highly recommend. I finally decided on something to compliment my collection! A serving bowl it is!!!

I absolutely love my new oval serving bowl...thank you CSN Stores! It is a pretty large serving bowl, perfect for a big fruit salad or potato salad! I just love it and I am sure I will get a lot of use out of it! I have really been impressed with the quality of Le Creuset products. The enameled cast iron pieces are something that will last forever!!!

I was also really happy with my ordering experience with CSN Stores. Once I finally picked out and ordered my item it was here in two days! A lot of their items also had free shipping, which I always look for!

It is next to impossible to narrow down my wish list. There selection is amazing, whether you are in need of a vanity or a grill...this is your place! I look forward to doing a review and letting you know all about it!
