We are finally back in town, but I don't think things will totally get back to "normal" until the New Year. Do you all find it hard to keep on top of menu planning/couponing when you are so busy with the business of Christmas?
I am shooting for simple dinners and easy grab and go meals for breakfast and lunch...so we don't resort to eating out too often! After being gone I am ready for some home cooking!!

The first thing I saw was crockpot oatmeal with PEACHES! Oh my you struck a nerve... I love peaches and I love your crock pot oatmeal, so it sounds SO good.
Your menu looks yummy as usual. :)
Sounds like a great plan!
Last week, tried the beef cabbage soup. We loved it. My daughter made the chicken tortilla soup for the judges at gymnastic competition, they loved it.( I wonder if that had anything to do with my granddaughter coming in 1st overall :) Thank you, Katie. Love your blog and you.

Misty- Yeah, I love peaches too and remembered I had frozen a big bag in the summer. I will add them just like I would have apples. I will let you know how it tastes :)
Wanderful-I am glad to hear you like the beef cabbage soup. I am so happy the judges loved the chicken tortilla, too...but I am sure your grandaughter won that fair and square :) How exciting that must have been for you all!
